Upcoming In-Person Retirement Seminar- April 24, 2025- Notice from VSB

The District will be hosting an in-person retirement information session on Thursday April 24, 2025.  This will be a good opportunity to gain some knowledge on Pension and learn about the retirement process.  There will be two speakers joining us that day to speak with us on this topic.

  • A Municial Pension Corporation’s representative– presenting the subject Approaching Retirement
  • Ifigenia Fasogiannis from Triple A Canadian Pension Consultant- facilitating a presentation on Canada Pension Plan (CPP) and Old Age Security (OAS) retirment income benefits.

Please help advertise this opportunity with your staff and members.  This seminar is offered to members who are planning to retire within the next two years and they have not attended a District retirement seminar before.
