Employee Morale Survey

In the coming days Local 963 members who have provided the union office with a non-VSB email address will receive an Employee Morale Survey.

Please take a few minutes to share your thoughts about morale as a worker at the VSB this year. Your name and responses remain anonymous.

Answers will assist union reps in conversations with the board and school trustees with the goal of improving employee recruitment and retention. Once you have completed the survey, please encourage your brothers and sisters to do so as well!  The more responses we receive, the more our data will accurately reflect the current state of employee morale in the district.
