Job Postings and applications are going online!

As of September 1st, 2023, all IUOE job postings and applications will be made available through the Online Application Management System (OAM). The OAM can be accessed directly at oam.vsb.bc.ca or through the VSB HUB via the IUOE Staffing page. A step-by-step guide to profile set-up and applying to jobs can be found here as well in the ‘IUOE Forms & Information’ section.

Please note that your school will no longer be receiving paper booklets of the weekly job postings and Human Resources will not be accepting any paper or emailed applications after this date. Everything must now be accessed through the OAM. Our posting timeline will remain the same with all new postings going up Tuesday mornings and closing 8 business days later.

Human Resources will be hosting 2 drop-in session times at the Education Centre if you wish to have assistance setting up your profile and becoming acquainted with the OAM in-person.
September 8th: 9:30am to 4:00pm
September 13th: 9:30am to 4:00pm
